Under the direction of Carmen M. Wasserman, Esq., Aerie’s Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Corporate Counsel, Aerie has instituted a comprehensive compliance program designed to ensure that its employees are aware of and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Ms. Wasserman, who has extensive experience in corporate compliance, recognizes the critical importance of compliance in our rapidly developing company.
Aerie enforces its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that summarizes the legal and ethical principles to which all Aerie officers, directors, and employees are required to adhere.
Aerie maintains an independently managed hotline dedicated to receiving any report of a violation or potential violation of these principles. The hotline enables anyone making a report to do so confidentially and anonymously via the internet or telephone (1-844-545-1395). Aerie conducts investigations of these reports in a confidential and discreet fashion and prohibits any act of retaliation against employees reporting compliance concerns in good faith.
